More about Rhys
Rhys has been playing guitar since he was 12 years old; although first experience was at 10 years old when his sister taught him The Power of The Gospel by Ben Harper. After being gifted an electric bass and guitar, he began teaching himself piano and music theory using the internet. By the time he was 18 years old, he had written, recorded and composed music for himself and video games he was designing.
He decided to go to college for music and graduated in 2015 with his Bachelor’s of Music from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA. He’s been performing and teaching privately since then. He self-produced and released his first albums Integrants and White and Grey Matter Casserole in 2020. In 2022, he released Collocations, which was also self-produced. He’s now in the process of recording a more extensive album titled What It Is.
